Growing up in Colorado on a steady diet of Keith Green, Billy Joel and Michael Jackson, Ben Glover’s songwriting chops grew from a natural place. Now, the Grammy® winning songwriter and producer is making waves in the Nashville community with a staggering list of over thirty-five #1 singles, earning him ASCAP’s Christian Songwriter of the Year six times.
“When I write a song, I try to listen through the ears of the person on the other side of the radio,” Glover says. “I think that’s helped me through the years.”
Glover’s songwriting talent spreads across CCM, country, pop and Film/TV. Some of his hits include MercyMe (“Greater,” “Even If” and “Flawless”), Crowder (“Come As You Are”), Britt Nicole (“All This Time” and “The Lost Get Found”), Francesca Battistelli (“Write Your Story”) Mandisa (“Stronger” and “Overcomer”), Lee Brice (“Hard To Love”) and Steve Holy (“Love Don’t Run”). “Overcomer” from Mandisa went on to win a Grammy® award. Glover also shines as a producer, writing and producing “Busted Heart” and “The Proof of Your Love” from For King & Country and “Greater” from MercyMe.
With an impressive 400+ songs recorded across multiple genres, Glover has worked with a host of artists including Chris Tomlin, MercyMe, Crowder, The Backstreet Boys, Amy Grant, James Taylor, Joy Williams, Colton Dixon, Newsboys and Kari Jobe.

He’s had songs recorded by mainstream acts Lady Antebellum, Ben Rector and Hillary Scott and written top 10 AC singles with Rhett Walker Band (“When Mercy Found Me”), Mandisa (“Waiting for Tomorrow”) and Francesca Battistelli (“If We’re Honest”) as well as developing and co-writing over 30 songs with Josh Wilson and crafting the song “30,000 Feet” recorded by Ben Rector. “I’m a professional helper,” Pardo shares. “I help produce, help write songs, help artists speak their own voice in a more authentic and true way. I like being a chameleon. It’s what I was made to do.”
A native of Chicago (and massive Cubs and Bears fan), Pardo has been a part of the Nashville music community since 2000 as a player, touring musician, songwriter and producer. His lifelong pursuit of songwriting has contributed to songs recorded by Matthew West, Francesca Battistelli, Mandisa, Danny Gokey, Zach Williams, Josh Wilson, Brandon Heath, Jesus Culture, Meredith Andrews and many, many more.
On the upswing of a successful Los Angeles-based producing career working with chart-topping artists and influencers, Grammy® nominated producer and songwriter, Jordan Sapp, decided to risk it all and leave L.A. to move to Nashville. It’s that gut-trust instinct that’s cultivated Sapp’s talent for producing and writing hit songs. His L.A. experience, working as part of RedOne’s production team with artists like Pit Bull, Austin Mahone and Jason Derulo, as well as production work for Nikki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez, gives him an edge in the Nashville scene. Sapp’s special touch can be heard on projects from Jordan Feliz, Tauren Wells, Blanca, Aaron Cole ft. TobyMac, Finding Favor and more.
“I love writing a hook, a melody, shaping the sound of a song,” Sapp says. “I’m here to serve artists, to help bring their vision to life. There’s nothing like creating something from nothing.”
Sapp’s pop sensibilities paired with his ability to craft impactful songs have garnered him some awards of his own. Sapp recently earned an RIAA certified platinum award for Jason Derulo’s “Talk Dirty” album. He’s also racked up #1 singles with Aaron Cole ft. Tobymac (“Right On Time”), Tauren Wells (“Love Is Action”) and Blanca (“Real Love”) along with numerous top 10 singles.
